Who is THE HOME TEAM and what do they do?

THE HOME TEAM was specifically designed to provide exceptional branch support, while taking on all concerns, questions, and suggestions from all retail branches. THE HOME TEAM will provide solutions to all branch level problems by acting as or providing the following:

  • On-boarding support
  • Systems training and training material development
  • Systems support – CRM, SharePoint, and Encompass
  • Department Liaison (if needed) – Intermediary between Retail and IT, Licensing, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Payroll
  • “I’m not sure who to call” or “I’ve hit a wall” situations
  • Third party vendor administrators

PHONE HOME is your direct contact with Home123Mortgage. This hotline was created to strengthen the dialogue between you and corporate headquarters. Each call will be directed to a team of Home123Mortgage professionals who can provide immediate assistance. All missed calls received between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST will be returned within one hour of receipt.
